The Maeght Foundation attaches great importance to respecting your privacy, and only uses data in a responsible and confidential manner and for a specific purpose.

On our website, there are 2 types of data that may be collected:

Data transmitted directly:

Data that you send us directly, via a contact form or by direct contact by email. The fields “first and last name” and “email” are required in the contact form. We will not use this personal data for any other purpose than to contact you directly. This data will not be utilised by a 3rd party.

Data collected automatically

When visiting the website and once you have given prior consent, we collect “web analytics” type information relating to your use of the website, the duration of your visit, your IP address, your browser type and version. Use of your personal data

The data you send us directly is used for the purpose of contacting you and / or as part of the request you make to us.

“Web analytics” data is collected anonymously (through recording your anonymous IP address) Google Analytics allows us to measure our website audience,  and helps highlight any errors  on the site in order to constantly improve your experience.
