Bernard MONINOT (1949, Le Fay)

Ink and acrylic on paper prepared with “improbable blue”, this work juxtaposes end-to-end conical forms whose shape evokes angles of vision. In reality, they represent the space described by oscillations, recorded and observed in the operation of time measuring devices such as pendulums and clocks. Horizon is a virtual landscape, a panorama transcribing the movements and times of watching.
