The Cafe

The chefs of Les Agitateurs restaurant (Nice, one star in the Michelin Guide) have brought new life to this place of soul and spirit, combining simplicity, sharing and gourmet poetry with the scents of the garrigue. In the shade of the Aleppo pines of the Fondation Maeght, the Sous les Pins restaurant-café, with furniture designed by Diego Giacometti, offers a weekly menu devised with the help of committed producers, showcasing Nice’s terroir in a living cuisine. During the rest of the day, visitors to the Foundation can eat “with their fingertips”.
In 2023, Le Agitateurs will be back with a new menu and will also be open on Friday and Saturday evenings from July to October, offering gourmet cuisine.
