Arcadia in Celle : the Maeght Foundation presents the Gori collection - Art for Nature and Nature for Art - 31 March > 10 June 2012

In Spring 2012, the Maeght Foundation opens its doors to the great Italian collector Giuliano Gori. About a hundred works from his collection in Tuscany will be on show for the first time in France. The exhibition comprises paintings, sculptures, installations and drawings as well as maquettes, photos, videos and texts about the ideas and projects of various artists. On this occasion, the Maeght Foundation will also show a special preview of new creations by Robert Morris and Luigi Mainolfi. These were made for the Gori collection whose 30th anniversary takes place in June 2012. Also on show are two works created specially for the Maeght Foundation by Alessandro Mendini and Dani Karavan.

Between two temporary exhibitions, some rooms can be closed to the public. The fee is reduced accordingly.

Follow signs to La Colle-sur- Loup / Vence. The Maeght Foundation is before the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
